Extremely unprofessional experience. I contacted this office with a few basic questions about a property and was met with impatience and a dismissive attitude from Cameron DeAngelo. Instead of providing assistance, she raised her voice and abruptly ended the call. As a potential client, this level of behavior is unacceptable. Based on move-in in alone for our rental this property management company is not good. I would NOT rent anything they manage. The house was dirty and unsafe. The list: One of the AC units was not working Two ceiling fans did not work Back yard was a mess Multiple light switches arced The process of getting access to the HOA was delayed until after we officially started paying (they blamed the HOA until I gave them a 24 hour ultimatum and then it was magically fixed) Unreliable management.
Lost my A/C today. Ugh so hot ya’ll!! They were so quick!!! Fixed within a few hours I know A/C company’s are very busy right now we are grateful. Thank you very much appreciated Always professional and kind in the office as well. Thanks again AVVR
