Very knowledgable and helpful staff
I would give 10 stars if I could. Juan came out and fixed and serviced all three of my fireplaces, no issue. On time, fair pricing, and wonderful customer service. I was quoted astronomical prices from two other companies. Will recommend and continue to use.
Ridiculous place. Service non-existent. Purchased an insert in 2018, began calling for service in 2021. Needs repair every year because apparently if it gets wet, the wires degrade (quickly). It's an outdoor fireplace, but oh well I made my peace with that. Forget getting their repair person on the phone! Hard in 2021, harder in 2022. Apparently it's just ONE guy who takes repair issues. Took me over a month in 2023 to get a response. In 2024, I started trying in April 2024 and still - in November 2024 - their repair person ... read more
