Sold us a car that immediately needed a new battery and had leaking tires he claimed were new. The windshield was cracked when we bought it but it spread and needed to be replaced. We did not contact you again because you made us feel bad about asking for the battery to be replaced. Your defensive and accusatory responses are a testament to that. I had a great buying experience buying my Ford Focus 2014 just a few months ago. He was very nice and easy to work with. When I discovered a nail in the tire he even sent the money to get the tire fixed. Unfortunately the car I for nearly $4,000 did not last more than maybe 3 months.
