Communication is terrible with this company and it is.managed poorly. The manager, Amanda does not respond to concerns. They appear to not be concerned when their employees will lie to cover their errors and continue to employ people who break and damage property, and come to work stoned, and have medical conditions that make them unsafe to care for others.
When we interviewed this company to care for my 89 year old mother they made am outstanding impression so we hired them. About the 4th. day into the job they were a NO SHOW and had no back-up. They were going to leave my mother w/no care for the day. (NO medication/food/shower) Thank God for my sister...she went over and took care of the dilemma.I called the manager (Amanda) to discuss the problem and she never bothered to returned my phone call.
