It was a late Saturday afternoon we heard a loud noise and the AC Blew UP. Of course it was 105+ outside. URIEL was dispatched & showed up within the hour. Major parts blew out costly. He had them thankfully and the AC was on within the hour. WE are so very thankful for your technicians kindness, professionalism & willingness to get it working ASAP as we have medical devices. Thank you Valley Air you made the difference and especially URIEL.
Matthew was excellent.. he explained everything so I could understand it, a lovely young man and I appreciated his patience with me..
Valley AC had Mathew service an air leak in the air input shaft. Not only was Mathew effective in the repair, he took extra care in making sure the problem was resolved. Furthermore he was respectful and listened intently to my request for service. I bought this AC unit about 3 years ago and they have been honest, diligent and fulfilling of promises. Buy and/or service with confidence, GREAT company!!
Tech was on time, very clear as to what he was going to do ,what he had done and when he was done. I have used All Valley for several years and their sreevice and on-time has always been superb.
