MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT A USED CAR THAT HAD TRANSISSION PROBLEMS THAT WERE TAKEN CARE OF AT THIS LOCATION IN SEPTEMBER 2012.... WE PURCHASED THE CAR IN OCTOBER AND WERE ALREADY EXPERIENCING TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT. WE WERE NOT THRILLED ABOUT TAKING THE CAR BACK TO THIS BUSINESS DUE TO REVIEWS WE READ ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT, HOWEVER WHEN WE TOOK IT IN AROUND NOVEMBER WE WERE INFORMED THAT IT WAS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT... I went there with a transmission issue under their warranty and the new manager Mr.Charles Stevens test rode my van, erased code and told me to come back if the issued started again. I came back with same symptoms and they honored their warranty. They treated me with respect and fixed the problem. I would recommend any of my family or friends to go there if they have car problems. If I need any other repair work on my cars I will bring them to All Transmission World in Kissimmee, FL

I recently had a major problem with the automatic transmission on one of our vehicles, which required an urgent repair. In attempts to GET THE JOB DONE, I contacted the above company, who I've never dealt with previously. They were polite and explained their procedures in dealing with the issues I described. It was so refreshing that they did everything they said they would do. They kept me informed throughout the three days that they had the vehicle which required a rebuild of the transmission. I took my 2010 Ford focus to All Transmission World in Kissimmee,FL. I was waited on my Joe M. Which is the manager of this location. Joe was very kind when we spoke on the phone. Being a women I am not very good at idenifying the issues with my vehicle. Joe kindly offered to have my vehicle towed free of charge to his shop to avoid further damage to the vehicle when we arrived at the shop I asked him if it would be possible that we take a ride so I could specifically show him the noises I had been hearing. This is the only place I go when I need transmission help. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Andy and Charles really know what they're doing. The prices are great and I've never brought them a problem they couldn't resolve. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. These people were very caring. They were helpful in figuring out the problem, getting me an estimate and fixing it for LESS than they thought it would cost. These guys are pros.

I came to All Transmission World in Apopka with a problem with my '95 Toyota Camry. Charles and Andy fixed the problem and explained to me what the problem was and how they fixed it. The customer service was great and they were very knowledgeable. Thanks to them I was back on the road in no time at all. I will tell everyone I know about their great service!
