Awesome service when I needed my daughters transmission rebuilt. I don’t want to get her a brand new car until she graduates so this repair should hold us over for a while.
I take all 3 of my vehicles there but mostly my Mercedes (I will never own another Mercedes again). I have been going there for several years now. Charles is always upfront and honest with me and works to get me the most affordable options for my vehicle issues. I feel that Charles has at times gone above and beyond to help me and my family out when our cars let us down. Don't trust any of these places, they are rip off artist, they bait you and switch the price and corner you with (if you don't fix it you cant have a warranty)
I have been going to Charles and his crew for years I wouldn't trust anyone else with my truck. I have referred many of my friends to Transmission World and they have had wonderful experiences there too.
BIG SCAM stay AWAY! Save your money and time! My son took his car for transmission rebuild the owner gave him an estimate for $1,600 then when the car was at the shop he called my son and told him that the car need it other things that it was going to be more money so it when up to $2,800, but this is not all a year later the transmission is making noise so he took it back to the shop, this type of work should last many years NOT ONE year or less, so as a "returning customer" he asked him $1,500 to fix his own lousy terrible... read more
I was warned about this place prior to going there from another business. When I went inside and inquired and had them look at my car, they advised me things I needed to do (without knowing I ALREADY did those things not even 3 weeks ago). I didn't tell them I was VERY familiar with my car, and had (A LOT) of work done myself and from other friends of mine whom are mechanics.
