I broke down in st cloud, was taken to all world transmission. Great service i arrived at night and the mechanic fee gave me a lift to a hotel. was going to go to pepboys but it would of been $300 more. The manager charles was up front about everything and very helpfull.
Every single person at All Transmission World in Kissimmee worked hard to resolve my every issue.
HOLD EVERYTHING! Drove up to Orlando from Miami with my family for a weekend of holiday fun, But it was spoiled early by an alternator that decided to quit on me at the wrong “Frekin” time. very dishonest and unprofessional people. Do not trust the manager charles. For my bad experienced I do not recomend this shop to anybody.
I took my 01 Taurus in to the shop after. I did my research and fount there prices to be 10% cheaper then amcos. Charles the manager was well spoken and treated me well. Also their techs are quite experienced and skilled they diagnosed my issue quickly and accurately. I don’t know about the previous staff at this location but the current staff is top notch. i have never been more satisfied with a mechanic company in my life until now. Not only does Charles the manager help search what are the best affordable options for me and my family but the speedy service is incredible. My truck had gone in for a bad transmission on a Monday and today is Wednesday and I can go pick up my truck. INCREDIBLE! not only will i continue to use this mechanic for all of my auto issue but i will refer them to anyone I know that is having car problems. I took my vehicle to Charles to diagnose a transmission issue. Went a month with intermittent check engine light coming on and off. Charles was thorough with his diagnosis, explained the problem in a manner that I could understand (and not a lot of mechanic mumbo jumbo). He was honest /upfront with his pricing and professional. Back in 2008 I brought my Honda Accord in due to transmission problems. My car was repaired and I purchased a lifetime warranty on the transmission. Recently, I begin to experienced problems with my transmission again. I took my car in and Charles diagnosed the problem. He honored my warranty I purchased back in 2008.
