Technicians that came out were very friendly and I had no problems with them. However, I found out later after hiring another company that All Town Heating installed a broken and previously used compressor booster to my outdoor Trane AC Condenser. I watched the new tech remove the booster and show me how it was broken and had rattling pieces inside. He also said it was half the size booster that was called for.
