Edit: I was able to come in and not only get a percentage off my next visit, but I was also able to get a replacement wig of my choice at no cost! Thank you to Ms. T for making this right and turning my experience around :-) I usually have a great experience every time I come here, and when Ms. T and her staff were there it was always great. They always open late. I’m literally there right now and online they say they open at 9 am. It’s currently 10:44 am and nobody is here. This is the fourth time this has happened here.
Ms. T greeted me right away, suggested the right hair for my style, laid out the options, and waited for me to confirm before checking out. She was super friendly, chill, and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
Ms. T is the best. Love this store! Great selection, friendly staff, and fair prices. Found exactly what I needed and more. Definitely coming back.
