ATA & Beth are absolutely THE WORST! I have never seen worse customer service in my life! The pool cleaning package was purchased as a gift for my parents. It was to include the pool opening, bi-weekly visits, and pool closing. Due to a hit and run that damaged the pool, we did not need the service until July 1st. Beth was very hard to get a hold of to schedule the first appointment, but eventually it was scheduled. MY WIFE AND I HIRED BETH AND MIKE TO INSTALL AN ABOVE GROUND POOL. MIKE CANE OUT TOLD US WHAT SHOULD BE DONE AND WAS VERY NICE. WE SET A DATE FOR INSTALL. A COUPLE WEEKS BEFORE INSTALL THROUGH A CONVERSATION ABOUT US TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW WE WERE GOING TO PICK UP OUR POOL SHE OFFERED TO PICK IT UP. WE HAD NOT HEARD FROM BETH SO THE THURSDAY BEFORE INSTALL MY WIFE REACHED OUT TO BETH. THIS WAS LILI ATER IN THE EVENING. Horrific !!! I was so excited to get certified to scuba dive until......them. First the dive shop is in an inconvenient location. I was told to be at the shop at 5 pm.....little did I know I was going to be used as "hired help" to load up the equipment into their van. (My time is valuable) Then had to drive 40 minutes to another location to the pool. The cost of fuel & tolls was not disclosed prior to my payment for the classes. Very poor operation. Took hours to transport and situate for simple pool sessions which consumed most of our evenings, running past 11:00pm at night. Beth has power/control issues, IMO, not open to communication. Understanding it is a business, money is the bottom line over providing the best training and equipment options for individuals. I am a Master Diver with over 20 years experience, GF wanted to obtain certification. Beth required that I pay for refresher course, just to accompany GF for Basic O/W Cert.
