My appointment was at 7:00 AM, and it’s now almost 12:00 PM. I’ve been waiting here for nearly 5 hours with no proper communication or progress. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and organization. The staff seem unable to handle unloading efficiently. Delivered on 3/3/25 , full truck load. Shipping / receiving opens at 6am. Overnight parking is available. No porta potty on site but they let me use their washroom. Unloaded within 30mins. Fred unloaded my trailer and was amazing! They will not unlock your loadlocks or straps hence take these off before you backin.
