serious plumbing problem We had a serious plumbing problem. We felt that they did not want to get involved so they submitted an outrageous bid. Three times what we paid someone else reputable.
Will not use again!! this Company, first made an appointment to fix my appliance after 4pm. I gave them my cell phone number at asked them to call me at that number. Then called at 6pm to another number, but not the one I had provided, to say they were not coming but would call first thing in the morning to reschedule for the following afternoon. their prices are high I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.

bad Never showed up! Set up an appointment in advance, called to confirm an hour before. Never showed up, didn't answer phone when I called to find out if they were on the way. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have said so when I called to confirm the appointment.
Not recommended Not recommended . Beware of this company. Not a good company to conduct business.
