Don't think Don't think I will use this company again; they did not show up as promissed. Called to get a price on replacing a hot water heater. Got answering service who had a plumber return my call. He said he would have to come by to give me a price (only company that required this). Didn't show up as soon as promissed. Nice guy and gave me a price, in line with others that I had received

Service is terrible!! TOO EXPENSIVE $450 FOR ONLY STOP THE LEAK. Call to schedule appointment and no one show up. Have to follow up two times. technician finally show up and ask for $150 per hour and unable to tell how much time needed

Will not use again!! I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high.
