For a small business service was excellent, arrived early
Great service all-around. Bobby was very knowledgeable and fixed a couple of issues other companies didn’t wanna try to repair and did it for a reasonable price. I had an appt. on Friday, they were running late and communicated it; I had to cancel due to another appt. All-TEX called the next day and said that Bobby can come out to inspect the issues. He came out on Saturday and did an amazing Job. I appreciate the communication and follow-up. No need to call anyone else, ALL-TEX is all you need. Thank Y’all!
Outstanding service from this company! I've called them for two different irrigation problems and both times they were quick to complete the repair and provide advice on preventive maintenance to keep our system running. We'll definitely call them again for any future needs.
Even though this company is not currently doing what I'm looking for, they took 10 minutes out of their day to explain, in detail, what I need to be asking to make sure I get the best results from any other company. I haven't had customer service like that in years, and I'm not even a customer......yet!
