Even though this company is not currently doing what I'm looking for, they took 10 minutes out of their day to explain, in detail, what I need to be asking to make sure I get the best results from any other company. I haven't had customer service like that in years, and I'm not even a customer......yet!
I called them off a recommendation from a friend for a leak in my sprinkler system. They worked me in to the schedule to come assess the leak. Stayed late to get the repairs done. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Will definitely use again!!
Bobby and his helper literally saved the day for us! They assisted with our sprinkler system on very short notice and helped get our system going before we had new sod installed. He was very professional and kind. Will be having him back to do more work soon. Thank you so much Bobby! We appreciate you!
