Zero stars earned for completely fraudulent sales tactic! I called due to my AC not working properly. The tech who came never went to the roof to even look at the AC. He diagnosed it as a furnace issue and referred me to Jack who promptly sold me a $3,500 brand new furnace. The techs who installed the AC also never went to the roof or confirmed that the AC was working. It wasn't!!
