You installed a heat at a rental property for us. Heater is having issues, your dispatcher told me they would be out today....very cold. They never called my tenant to schedule, now they are saying Monday. The dispatcher hung up on me after I asked for a manager or owner. They came out 6/8/15 to do the yearly maintenance now for a week and a half the cooler hasn't been working. Called them today 7/24/15 at 1:56 and they said the computor is down and needs to be rebouted and they would call back in 10 minutes. Its now 2:56 , no call back. The least they could do is call back with an excuse but nothing! Unexcusable!
