Extremely unprofessional owner and staff. They closed out my work order and never let me know. I have been waiting a 2 weeks for a part to be delivered that the tech told me he ordered. I have called numerous times and spoke to Kristen who told me the part was ordered and they would call me when it came in. Today I find out they closed out my ticket and they don't know if a part was ordered. How do you not know a part was ordered or not? All-Tech is a professional, reliable and caring business. They have gone above and beyond in assisting me with my washer and dryer repairs. Each time I have called, they have been quick to assist me. I am getting ready to schedule a follow up for my refrigerator and dish washer next. :)
I called All-tech to service several environmental chambers we use for production. They sent Paul out the next day. Paul showed up on time and ready to go, and within 5 minutes, he had the first chamber up and working. Another local service company had overcharged the chamber with refrigerant and seized the compressor.This other company then told us the compressor was shot, and we needed to install a new compressor ! Would not recommend to anyone!! Prices changed between the office and the service technician several times. They were never on the same page about policies of the company. Was told the prices were one amount and they reneged on that amount, multiple times. When the technician FINALLY showed he wanted to be paid in full before he started the job at hand. Super fast and friendly service, highly recommend.
Fast and good service! They had initial trouble diagnosing the problem but once they did, they got my dishwasher up and running better than ever. I'd definitely use them again.
