Kept my phone all night without calling me and letting me know. Thoroughly upset with this place shows no respect for customers. I'll be up Tomorrow to have a nice talk with them
The people involved in the company are nothing but helpful! They are definitely men and women who know their field of work. They know exactly what they are taking about and are able to help you to understand the problem as well. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you solve any technical issue that you may run into and if they cannot help you they will point you in the direction of someone who can!
The people at All Tech Rx are great. Went there recently for new phones for my wife and me, and we were greeted right away, had our questions answered quickly and professionally, and got a great deal on two new phones. We couldn't be happier. Go see these guys for great phone service and computer repair!
Great place to repair cell phones!
Fearing a high priced repair, dreading the alternative hassle of transferring stuff to an old phone, I walked in to AllTechRx today. I walked out with a completely cured phone. They not only solved our current problem,; they solved an old problem that was related. It took them about 5 minutes, but I was thrilled. Asking how much I owe, he tossed out "$10". I'll take it! Thanks guys!
