We have had at least 3 iPhone screens replaced here at one time or another. We were very pleased with the service and the screen was of good quality and performance after the repair was great! Didn’t seem like my speakers were putting out as they should. We walked in told the gentleman at the desk. He took my phone back and blew some debri outta the speakers,called my number and it rang rather loudly. They didn’t charge me for doing that and I appreciated the kind gesture. Been waiting days to get a return call from them. Excuses... Excuses...
I take my computer there a couple of time before, so I decided to take my iPhone there when I broke the glass. I am really happy with the customer service, but the quality of the replacement screen is sub par. You can definitely tell it’s from a third party, it’s not as bright, my battery seems to be draining faster, and the touch sensitivity has drastically went down, not happy(with the product itself)and will probably not take another phone to them.
