Took my laptop to Best Buy where I purchased it. Talked to the Geek Squad. Said they would have to send it off for repair since they can t do this type of repair. The power plug inside the laptop was broken. Told them that I use this for my small business and can t be without it for weeks. The Geek Squad suggested that I take it to All Tech on Highway 127. My neighbor told me about AllTech. If you're looking for a computer repair place that does quality work for a reasonable price give this place a try. The work they did for me was done right the first time and they did it quickly. My computer was repaired by the time they said it would be, and it now runs great. They did not try to sell me something that I did not need either. Unlike Best Buy does. Just good honest work for a honest price. Thank you AllTech. Great folks to deal with.

The Geek Squard could not repair the computer I bought from Best Buy. They said they had to ship it off. One of the Geek Squard techs recommended All Tech Computer in Hickory. They are on Hwy 127. They did what the Geeks couldnt do! They have a real nice store, lots of hard to find parts. They had the part in stock that was needed to fix my HP. I had been told by the Geek Squad that my hard drive was bad, but they wanted too much to fix it in my opinion, so I took it to All Tech. Turns out it wasnt the hard drive afterall. It was a bad memory stick. I took it in on a Monday morning, and got it back the same day! Thanks All Tech you saved me a lot of money. You people do very good work. I now tell everyone about All Tech.
As a Senior Citizen, my knowledge of computers is not vast. My computer was running slow, freezing, doing some weird things and generally giving me more gray hairs than I wanted. A friend recommended All Tech. I called them, dropped my computer off on a Friday, they called me around noon on Monday and told me to pick it up in about an hour. I needed a very nice computer to run AutoCad 2009. Several associates have Dell PCs and they run the program okay, but not as well as I needed. I wanted Windows XP Pro and not Vista on my computer. Best Buy and Circuit City only had Vista on the ones they are trying to sell. My computer was running very slow. It was from Best Buy, and less than 1 year old. I've never been impressed with Best Buy so I ask some friends who they suggested. The name Alltech Computer keep coming up. Looked them up in the phonebook and gave them a call and explained my problem. I think his name was Mark who I spoke with. LOVE THESE GUYS!!! My laptop gets a yearly maintenance with All Tech to keep me running! They always are very timely and professional. I would recommend this company FIRST! They are faster and friendlier than any other computer repair service! Theyll even tell you if its not worth fixing. While they do custom build computers its not thier main goal like other computer stores.
