Happy Customer How many times has my wife complimented vendors that have come to our home? NEVER! Always late, always, difficult, always trying to sell more and more. Not these guys. WAAAY Overpriced, Deceptive, Bad Attitude These people are SCAM ARTISTS! I had a problem with my water heater. They did come out on the weekend (Sunday) and tell me that I needed a $900 water heater and that it would cost $900 to install it. This was in a house that I had bought just 2 years before and was only 5 years old. Stay Away!!! Very rude and unprofessional people. All the way from the office stay (who hung up on me when I tried to call back to discuss the problem) to the plumber who kept huh... raising... huh .... the price as he talked with me after he completed the repair. I paid $175 for an hour of work and two dollars of PVC pipe (I supplied him the rest). I would NEVER NEVER use this company for anything in my house. They are the example of getting riped off!!!!!!!!!!!
prompt, found the leak and fixed it, BUT made promises he hasn't kept. Finished most of the work on Friday before Labor Day, was insistent on getting a check (without any advance warning that he'd want it). Said he'd help with replacing flooring and checked to see that it was still available, it was but at a higher price. We checked on it also, and the price is the same as it was 2 years ago!! Don't use All-Star Plumbing unless you are prepared to overpay and deal with an unreasonable owner!!!!! I noticed a leak at our curb and it was determined that it was from the sprinkler unit in the rental next door. The landlord called All Tarrant to repair it. When the repairman turned the water back on, he told my husband that it was now leaking on our side because when he removed dirt to repair the original leak it had caused a PVC fitting to come apart at the Tee and did he want it repaired. My wife and I wanted a plumber to install our new shower valve. I had already cut out the whole sheet rock in my walk in closet so that the plumber could get to all the pipes in my shower. We had been given a day & time when he would arrive, well we waited & waited in the end I called up the office and was told that he had been delayed at his first job for that day. Very rude. Called for service and was hung up on three times. After someone finally spoke with me, the woman was very rude and abrsive. I had a couple of questions that she refused to answer, telling me maybe I should just find another plumber. I have never been so viciously attacked ny any employee at any company. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on again. WOULD NOT RECCOMEN. Happy I didnt get any further than the initial phone call!
