They really care about the pet. And for me it's a huge plus they love pitbulls especially when mine is quite a wiggle worm while getting his nails trimmed!!!

Best Place I've Ever Been! Great Customer Service!!!
I showed a picture of my Pomeranian and let it be known that we don't get him cut very short. Kinda like a little huskie. He came out looking almost like a lion and half his whiskers were cut off. I should've asked to see him before I paid. Definitely will not be coming back. Customer service is great, but the job wasn't done as asked and now he looks like a rat.
