We have had these blinds for over 5 years with no problems. Recently the spring on one of them snapped and the blind broke. The company responded to my email immediately and sent 2 replacements blinds within one week even though only one blind broke. The design had changed slightly so they felt they needed to replace both blinds. These are very large 61.5 inches each so they were expensive. I am very pleased with the quality and customer service. Will continue to order additional blinds from this company.
