Rent prices change constantly. I called customer service about an issue I had 4 different times and every time the person would tell me they had no previous records of me calling and talking to anyone else. When you pay, it takes them several days to take the money out of your account and then if they take it out after your due date even if you have actually paid it several days before your due date they add on late fees that are outrageous.
