Over the past four months, we've experienced two break-ins. It’s very disappointing how management responded, there was not a single apology or assurance that improvements would be made. Looks like more RVs next to ours had also been broken into. We cancelled our service.
Won an auction online from this place what a rip off!!! The way they took their pictures made it look so wonderful but everything was trash I had to clean it out to keep my account good with the auction house. Everything that looked wonderful was broken there was an Acer computer box with no Acer in it of course. There was even a pair of dirty panties in there so basically I got a whole truck load of trash. I will never buy another unit from these people horrible!!
Kevin is just awesome,! He's nice, respectful, actually friendly, and very helpful! He's got a great personality & attitude. I have been a customer for a couple years now. I loathed dealing with them (no not b/c I didn't want to pay my bill). It was the people and the way they operated. Especially the woman she was super unprofessional to say the least. Hiring Kevin was pretty much a God send compared to prior. He needs to be employee of the month. God Bless!
Kevin at public storage in Yukon ok was great help today. Very nice over the phone and answered all questions needed.
I first went to the Public Storage on Mustang Road just to look at the units to see what size I needed. Awesome customer service, friendly, & professional staff! I rented a 10x20 and moved all my stuff in. It was very easy to book. Be sure to book online. You will get a reduced rate & 2nd month free. It’s a clean Public Storage, and they are very communicative & easy to work with. Highly recommend!
