Anthony and brandy were so nice to helped us out with a last minute need for a unit today!! Both were great at getting us taken care of!
They increase your rates $20-30 every year and say it’s due to supply and demand, it’s not. They want $194/month for my 12x20 unit. I started the unit for $100/month cheaper 4 years ago. Found a bigger, better unit elsewhere for $73/month. Customer service lady, whose 2nd language was English, lost the company $2,124 next year because she wanted $204 more over the next year. I bet the unit will set empty for a long time.
This is my second time around renting space from Public Storage. Staff is always helpful and friendly. space is clean. I feel like my property is safe there.
