Made my reservation online and that was simple enough. However, sight unseen the spot was not compatible for my travel trailer. There were attendants on sight to help, not just a kiosk or voice mail, but a real person. And then Joe took me on the golf cart to survey all the available spots for the appropriate spot for my trailer. Then he took care of all the paperwork for the transfer. Great customer service. Thanks.
