Juan & Chris was excellent helping me with my unit.
Rented me a space with a broken door. Wasted about an hour of time, bc had to switch to different unit that hadn't been cleaned out. Paying movers to stand around bc noone is in office. Cant access bathrooms at 2 pm on Saturday. I dont understand why you dont staff the front on probably the busiest day if the week. They also lied about billing practices. Told me last months rent is prorated based on date of move out. Then send me a bill and to collections for a full month when i moved on 1st or second day. DO NOT RENT FROM P... read more

Juan was very helpful and friendly! He took the time to answer all of my questions and even showed me around, which made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. The facility was also very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
