Excellent customer service from Selina! She was very detailed and thorough in explaining the rental process and was able to answer all my questions.
Juan was super helpful and nice also very patient helped me out and save me some money
Juan (gentlemen on site) has very good customer service and definitely knows what to do. We had an issue with getting my unit to reflect the price advertised online but Brad(manager) and Juan teamed together and fixed the mistake very quickly. They definitely know the definition of customer service. Ontop of all of that, their system was down when I had come back in to finalize the booking but Juan was able to get everything done quick and efficiently even though there was some speed bumps in the process.
I love this place it’s easy to get in and out and you can do anything on your phone and the staff here is wonderful Juan was a big help for me he is great if you need a storage this is the place thanks again to Juan
