I reserved an appointment through Cloe for this past Saturday. Both Cloe and Caitlin were very professional and helpful. Great service and very competent in there position. My boat space was easily accessed and the storage facility is very clean and organized. I’m a busy father of four so I was impressed with how prompt and efficient Caitlin was with setting up my account so I could be on my way to my next soccer game. I would highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

USELESS SECURITY!! Stored my ATV and trailer on this property. They advertise 65 security cameras. When my ATV was stolen, they did not turn over the footage to the police in a timely manner. It has now been 10 days since we reported the ATV missing, still no footage. We narrowed our loss down to a one month period of time. This place is not concerned with keeping your property safe! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
been here over five years, staff is courteous and helpful., like the fact i always see them patrolling the grounds, gives me a feeling my belongings are secure. i also appreciate the phone call and/or e-mail when my rent is due, when i forget.
For such a huge property the employees here are always so helpful and courteous.
