Upon closing out a unit, I was assisted by Adam at the desk. When he closed me out, he shared that he needed to verify my unit. He Told me that I could not stay in the office which was cool. As he prepared to go verify, he said that the reason why is because he didn’t want me to take a computer as if I was giving an impression that I would steal. Mandy was amazing and very thorough. And she has great customer service and a good personality for the job.
Super easy online check-in and the staff at this location are amazing! They guided me through the rest of the processes when the app glitched and had the unit ready before arrival. I highly recommend this location!
