Had the app but always said out of range when trying to open agate/ elevator except for once . 1 out of 10
Moved in December. Was supposed to be $1 for the first month ended up paying $60 because I needed a bigger unit than what I signed up for online and I had to pay a $30 activation fee for the first unit then the second then every single month following they returned my payment to me and charged me a “late fee” of $25 so I’ve paid $25 more per month 2 times because they have no idea what’s going on with their system, finally I go a month without an issue…. The facility manager LeAnne is the absolute best! She has gone above and beyond to ensure my family and I were able to keep our belongings out of auction during a difficult financial crisis. She advised on how to lower our cost and provided invaluable information that has saved me and my family from the devastation of loosing our precious memories after already enduring such a devastating year of loss.
