The garage door to the inside units were broken a long that still not fixing. It has been opened for 2 months so far. Edited: i was happy that the garage door finnally fixed. The district manager called and addressed my concern which was a great. It shows that the company does care for its customers and addressed the issues. I updated the rating to 3 stars. Celeste is fantastic.Very knowledgeable, very efficient, very patient. Took her time explaining everything. Awesome customer service.
As I was in need of a storage yet again, found they call for this easy rental over the phone process where I didnt have to give my card info I was sent a link to input it myself loved that, then was able to create an account to use the app for easy access to my space. Was a breeze moving in and out as I was lucky to only need it a month. My items stayed clean safe inside and out.
