GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE. Allee has the best customer service I had experience in years. She give me information to help me save money and really sympathize with my situation. Where I was about to leave public storage. She give me an opportunity to transfer to a closer location, with the same size, and save me money. If I were you Public Storage I would do anything and everything to keep Allee with you guys she is saving your company single handedly. Thank you so much Allee. You're the best.

I have to say this location is clean and well kept! Allee greets you with a big smile, very professional, and she was such a big help in figuring out which unit best fit my needs!
Allee … Nothing to say but amazing! It’s hard to find great Customer Service these days, but Allee took it to the next level. The AC was out in the front office. That did not phase her amazing smile, kindness, and expertise! Thank you, Allee!
