I had my storage unit cleaned out by December 31st and had even called earlier in the month to tell them it would be, so I called and let them know. By January tenth I still didn’t have my security deposit so I called again and Bob apologized and said he’d forgotten, said I should have it by Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
