Laura is Amazing
I have had the best experience here. Laura was so sweet and definitely helped me find the exact unit I needed. She saw I was super hot and asked if I needed a water. Just that small gesture made a huge difference. The following day Heather the manager called as a follow up to verify that everything went smoothly. Wow what a great team!
Have had a storage unit here for almost a year. Came by today to do some cleaning and Laura in the front office offered me water due to the extreme heat. She also took the time to walk around some potential new units and price check accordingly. Great help!
Heather was very helpful and caring making sure I understood everything before I left and made sure everything was good to go
