Karen was a wonderful help to us. She was most professional and friendly and answered all of our questions.
Each time Ive had to visit my locker...management(Michelle)has been cordial...helpful.....made sure I knew if there were any issues.....they were addressed....
Michelle was a bright ray of sunshine in a day of last minute moving hassles. Saved me $75 a month over u haul on a 5x10 locker, and it was overall just a nice experience. Thanks! Update Been using public storage for a few months now. The staff has always been friendly and helpful on account issues, and the app has gotten substantially better on bluetooth gate controls functioning properly. Still a good practice to tap the billing tab to make sure the app refreshed tge amount due after autopay day.
