The management of this facility were very helpful as I was a self storage "rookie." The property is clean and well maintained, seeming very secure.
They were good enough to lock us out of our storage unit even after we had called and given them permission to charge our charge card for the rent as we were out of town for our oldest child's graduation from college. Shame on them, especially after they had told us that it would be no problem when we originally rented the unit. They showed an incredible lack of professionalism, to say nothing of being dishonest with us. I will be warning EVERYONE I know to NEVER use their facilities.
