Do not purchase an awning from this company unless your land is completely level even it they tell you they will cut to level on site and you pay extra. They are liars and do not level the awning.
Horrible company to do business with, they will not work with you in any way. Its thier way or nothing. Office personnel are rude and impossible to work with. I asked for a couple weeks notice when they were going to schedule me so I could get the time off work and after many phone calls and told they only give 3 days notice and were doing me a favor giving me a week notice but that took many phone calls. I highly recommend doing business with someone else.
