These guys know how to get it done and get it done right! We were skeptical at first, but after meeting with 5 different landscaping companies and having them flake and not even follow up, we were wondering what to do. We love our landscaping! They came out and we discussed what we wanted and they created a beautiful landscape. I told them I did not want anything with pine needles. They thought I was crazy and tried to convince me that they are beautiful but they respected my wants and designed it around my preferences. It is impeccable quality and beautiful. We would never go with any other landscaper.

They came out the same day for an estimate. There was some delay in getting back to us with the final quote, but they handled it well. The project was completed within the time estimated and they did a great job.

This company finally called my husband back telling him they want to bid our job. We were getting close to picking someone, but he agreed to have them out. They were supposed to come out yesterday around 11, but never showed nor called. It's not like we didn't have anything else we could have been doing on a Saturday. Not cool!

I want to acknowledge that we fell down on proper and thorough communication and timeliness. We may have been running behind or busy or whatever, but not letting you know is inexcusable and something that we are always working on. BEWARE!!! As they were working on our neighbors yard (yikes) we had them come over to give us an estimate in their down time. The estimate was pretty fair with the exception of sod portion which was double the going rate of sod throughout Utah. We called the following day and agreed to all of the work he bid on but opted to leave out the sod work. He agreed and set an apt for a few days later. Terrible service. Horrible communication skills. Low quality work. I am highly suspect that they even did the services they said they did
The customer service lady is horrible. Every year for the last 9 years, I had to call so many times turn on/off the sprinklers. Every year, they found some things to fix. I am done with their horrible customer service. I called the place to schedule ... oh we have to do the commercial first... we will call you on Friday. They never did. I kept calling but this time, this lady is so rude. She is supposed to take care of the scheduling but asked me to call their contractor Jerry.
