I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service provided during and after my roof repair. Throughout the project, trash such as nails and water bottles was left scattered around my property. Two people in my household stepped on nails that were left in the front yard, which is especially concerning because I have young children. This created a completely avoidable safety hazard. Their mistake is where they won me over (see last 3 paragraphs) --------- I have a large single story home built in the 1990s that needed the underlayment replaced. Big job - there was a full crew here for over a week. They used premium materials - all new wood battens, didn't try to re-use any of the old ones. They used a lifetime warranty synthetic underlayment, which I also appreciated. The bid was in line with my lowest other bid so I didn't pay extra. Daniel did a bad job of replacing the tiles on by roof, spoke to Mike said he would return my call to inspect the job, that's the last time I heard from Mike, and the office is closed.
All State did a great job with my full re-roof. I was able to talk to Mike (the owner) directly and he answered all my questions and kept me informed through the whole process.
AllState Roofing did a great job roofing our house. We stayed in the house while the work was being done and it was not loud. Each day the crew cleaned up the yard of any debris. Our house looks great! Thanks AllState
