I had another very good experience spending the weekend here. The location is great as it's close to Union Square. I was able to walk around and do some shopping and then go back to the hotel to relax. I also was able to use their facility the entire morning before checking in, which included their exercise gym, which was very nice. The room is quite roomy, especially for downtown North Hollywood.
My friend lives in the apartment building next door and has a ring side seat to the tweaker parade. I watched from the apartment window as weirdos with flashlights went in and out of house and around the yard. This was a 3:00 in the morning. If the owners are not aware of the type of people they are letting stay in the premises they should be.
Simply put, this property is a disgusting blight on an otherwise wonderful neighborhood. Loaded with people buying and selling meth... attempting to break into cars on the street and a stolen BMW was towed away a couple of days ago. This place is a real dump, with a generator running 24/7 for power, and a washing machine that dumps waste water onto the ground in the yard.
