They installed a brand new reverse cycle AC unit for me last Dec 2024 which I've totally forgotten to leave a review. I rung and spoke to one of the partners/managers. It was 2-3 weeks before Christmas they were almost completely booked out. I did not expect much, being so close to Christmas and we've already had several heatwaves so everybody was busy. They were able to bring our air conditioner back to life (on the day) when it seemed otherwise dead just before one of the worst heat waves last summer.
