Rep was on time very professional as always
I’m confident the technician was good. What followed was not. He told me the coolant caps were missing from the compressor and is probably why I will probably require a filling in the next heating season. Said he’s seen many of these conditions. This leads me to question why they aren’t in place. The cost of the coolant fill would be over $500. This system is 4 years old.
