They take good care of my air conditioner and furnace. I recommend them 100%.
they're a Gree service center per Gree's warranty site when you put in your model serial number and it verifies the warranty they give you a list of people to call. They won't come replace/troubleshoot my control board in my 2 year old under warranty unit because "It was installed by by someone who was HVAC certified just not their company". I never asked for anything to be done for free I just wanted them to come look at it if Parts could be replaced under warranty cool if not I'll pay for them, but their reply was sorry we... read more
