Had this company put a roof on for me in 2019. Have had a roof issue for the last week and can not get them to respond to my calls or voicemails.
Like another previous customer of All Star Roofing, I am still waiting for my skylights to be installed. In addition, they did not respond to my requests to fix some issues that have come up since they installed the new roof.
This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with! We had our roof started in January (2019)...it's still not done. The wrong skylights were initially installed, then 3-4 months later, the correct ones were installed..wrong. So, the next big rain storm, our skylight above the kitchen leaks and now all the drywall needs replaced in the ceiling.
