The agent I had called from this place had placed a for rent sign on a duplex that wasn't even ready and had a lot of mold wasn't even cleaned out after 2 weeks of sending her my info the place wasn't getting fixed or fumigated the place still hadnt been worked on and never gave me a straight answer if I was approved or not if I was a realtor I wouldn't had placed a sign with my name or company on a place that wasn't ready that roaches ran as soon as you opened the door.
