Cris Nappy act like she own the place she talk to tenants like they are children and I ask her can I speak to some one over her she told me no and she was scared to talk to me which I have been recording all our call they don’t fix stuff and it take two weeks for her to reply she always add extra fees
******************* Are:Rude, Disrespectful, and use Hurtful words to Current Tenants. 1st and foremost ... We are asking to be Respected, talked to, and treated like a human being. No one is being held accountable for their actions at this company. If I could Afford to live elsewhere I would. Due to my fear fo retaliation I can not go into further detail.
