All Star is always reliable and quick to respond. We needed a water heater replacement and they quickly responded. The tech who came to install it was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely come to them with any further plumbing needs

Just recently we had to replace multiple Backflows and Sam from Allstar made the process as easy as possible, he was very communicative, on time, explained exactly how they would do each, and why. If there were a chance that the proposed bid could change in price once they started in on the job , he would let us know ahead of time so that there were no surprises! The leak detection was a bit more than I expected but the service men were very friendly and they got the job done. I have Reliable come out twice a year to do maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning system. They are very professional and the cost is very reasonable . I have been using them for about 25 years and have been very happy!
I've called Allstar Plumbing twice for bathroom sink leak and faucet replacement and both times a "real" person responds on the phone and I've seen a plumber within the day. They were extremely efficient and helpful, explaining everything and being very cordial. I think I might find a cheaper plumber but I've never had the response and immediacy with anyone else and this alone is worth paying a little more.
