Excellent experience. Johnny evaluated my leaky bathtub faucet, provided me advice on how to take advantage of the cartridge warranty, and made the return and replacement process as smooth as possible. The issue was fixed completely in no time at all. Additionally, he was so kind when he realized that we are a military family in the middle of deployments. All Star's ticket through our front door came via their offer to give a free estimate, while others wanted to charge $125 just to drop in and assess the situation.
