Disappointed After using this business once before for a major repair, I called to have someone come check a problem with the water pressure in my house and particularly in the washing machine. I was informed there would be a "$30.00 truck fee." No other minimum was given. Upon his arrival, the technician turned on faucets, tested the hose behind the washer, and said the problem was probably in the washer. He was in my home about 30 minutes.
