Went to physical therapy at the Murrieta location multiple times. I didn't feel like they were helping but I continued anyway and hoped for the best. I had several cupping sessions done, which seemed like a joke but I had heard good things from friends getting it done elsewhere so I kept going back. They never helped. A year later I tried a cupping session elsewhere and it was like night and day. It helped with one session!! We absolutely love Michelle. I love how she explains so well everything, she has all the patience you need as a first time patient and she makes you feel heard. We can see the changes in my spouse's movements and pain levels. Definitely recommend the team at All star! 💗
All Star PT in Miramar is a very high quality clinic with excellent professionals and great energy! All the physical therapists are very qualified, especially Michelle who has been treating me. She explains what she is doing, provides data based on scientific research, excellent! I would also like to congratulate Ashley, a PT aide, who is a great professional and very charismatic.
**can not trust physical therapist here with your health I changed my physical therapist at All Star physical therapy because she was very distracted during the appointments, chit chatting with her colleagues, and her focus was everywhere except on the physical therapy. Looks like therapists here don't take feedback very constructively. Next time I had an appointment with a different therapist (Michelle who is also the director here) told me to do some exercises which turned out to be worsening my condition.
