Buyer beware!! They have multiple items on there website listed at great and outstanding prices. When you inquire about these cars they reassure you the vehicles is in stock and want you to come down to test drive. This is all a scam just to get you in the door. Once your there they will inform you that the vehicle is no longer available but they would be happy to show you other cars. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT & its Staff at this Dealership -- ALL STAR Mitsubishi, Corpus, is hugely disappointing!! No Customer Service skills. I had an 8:30am Appt for Oil Change. Arrived at 8:15am, no one greeted me, 2 Techs busy on the phone. Finally I got acknowledged and checked in at 8:20am. At 9:45am, asked Tech status of my car to which he replied this is not "Oil Can Harrys"?? Why is an Oil Change taking so long?? Asked for Supervisor because Tech was arguing with me. All I can say about All Star Mitsubishi is, ?AMAZING!? Their service is unbelievable. They are really there to help you and will do what they can to get you financed! Wonderful place??
