I've collaborated with numerous entertainment companies and transportation services in the past, but I've never encountered such extreme stress and disappointment. Unfortunately the company failed to fulfill their commmittment and we had a surprise planned with a reservation at a restaurant which we missed due to the All Star Limo company’s failure to show up on time to take us. The service was super disappointing and our questions were never clearly answered. Therefore we ended up waiting a prolonged amount of time for the limo to arrive! DO NOT USE THEM, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If I could, I would give this service zero stars. They are very unprofessional and they ruined our birthday plan. My friend hired them for a surprise birthday party and they were supposed to show us at 9:50 am to pick up us and take us to our reservation which was an hour away and our reservation was 11 am. Worst Limo service company. I REPEAT WORST LIMO service out in the County of Los Angeles. Save yourself lots of money with Party bus Group , they honestly have the best rates. All star limo will steal your money & try charging you $99 per person ( who does that ).
