The service department charges boutique prices while treating you like they are doing you a favor of some sort. No communications from service advisors, just waiting, without your vehicle, for days. The appt times are meaningless. Scheduled for 9am, you’ll be lucky if they finish the diagnostics by the end of the @next@ day. My experience with Kia on Seigan was described as one from hell. I had to get my own rental car without assistance from the service advisor and I had to call about my own warranty because the people there were incompetent about the warranty process. It was hard to get in touch with someone because no one would answer the phone. My experience was truly a nightmare. Took my SUV in for recall, Patrick, the service technician, was the best. He was so nice and very professional. Kept me updated throughout the whole process, answered all of my concerns.
